We are seeking an experienced SOC Service Manager to oversee Security Operations Center (SOC) service delivery, manage security incidents, ensure SLA compliance, and drive continuous service improvement while collaborating with clients and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end SOC service delivery and daily operations.
• Ensure SLA and KPI compliance for security incidents and service requests.
• Handle major incident escalations and coordinate with SOC teams.
• Review security incidents, operational reports, and client deliverables.
• Conduct service review meetings and implement process improvements.
• Coordinate security audits, compliance activities, and disaster recovery testing.
• Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and technical teams to enhance SOC performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 6–10+ years of experience in SOC Operations, Cyber Security, or Incident Management.
• Hands-on experience with SIEM platforms such as Splunk, Microsoft Sentinel, IBM QRadar, or ArcSight.
• Strong knowledge of Incident Response, SOC Operations, SLA Management, Security Compliance, and Risk Management.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• ITIL, CISSP, CISM, or equivalent certifications are preferred.
