JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide technical support and troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.
• Install, configure, update, and maintain software, operating systems, and business applications.
• Administer, maintain, and provide user support for the company's ERP system.
• Manage IT assets, software licenses, and ensure accurate inventory records.
• Develop, implement, and maintain IT policies, procedures, and documentation.
• Conduct user training and provide guidance on new systems, software, and IT best practices.
• Ensure data security, system backups, and business continuity measures are in place.
• Perform other IT-related duties as assigned by Management.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

Minimum 1–3 years of experience in IT Support, IT Administration, or a related role.

Hands-on knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, computer hardware, networking, printers, and

troubleshooting.

Experience with AI productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude AI, or similar AI platforms is an

added advantage.

Knowledge and experience with ERPNext will be an added advantage.

Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices, endpoint protection, data backup, and data recovery.

Basic knowledge database management, scripting (PowerShell/Python), or API integrations is a plus.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM7,500.00 per month
