We are seeking a responsible and proactive Supervisor to oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth workflow within the team. This role is ideal for individuals with strong leadership potential, including fresh graduates who are eager to learn and grow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support staff in daily store operations
• Ensure high standards of customer service are consistently maintained
• Monitor staff attendance, performance, and discipline
• Assist in stock control, replenishment, and merchandising activities
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional manner
• Ensure store cleanliness, safety, and overall organization
• Prepare and report daily operations and any issues to management

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or equivalent
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Candidates with leadership potential are highly encouraged
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Responsible, proactive and capable of leading a team
• Able to work in a fast-paced retail environment
• Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
