We're thrilled to announce the opening for a Marketing Intern at our Moët Hennessy Diageo Malaysia office.

T he ideal candidate will be motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to gain valuable insights into our industry and business operations, applying your academic knowledge and developing new skills. We are looking for a 6-month intern who can commit to a full-time schedule, five days a week, starting the first week of August 2026.

Job responsibilities

How you will contribute…

• Assist Brand Team in events planning, coordination and execution.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure smooth execution of Brands’ key events and launches, mentoring sessions, commercial activities, dinners and other activations.
• Prepare event communication materials and collaterals.
• Manage and track Points of Sales Materials (POSM) and tasting bottles for all marketing activities.
• Prepare monthly reporting of brands and commercial activities.
• Track and monitor competitors’ monthly activities.
Assist the Brand Team in managing the A&P tracker for activation expenses, including cost tracking, comparison, and analysis.

• Project Management: By assisting in project management, interns gain practical experience in organizing tasks, managing timelines, and coordinating with team members.
• Research and Analysis Skills: Through conducting research and analysis, interns develop their ability to critically evaluate information, identify trends, and draw meaningful conclusions.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Have a keen interest in pursuing a career in Luxury Wines & Spirits.
