RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage and process monthly payroll/salaries, staff sales commissions, and employee claims.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings and arranging interviews.
- Responsible for employee onboarding, documentation, database updates, and issuing HR letters (Employment, Confirmation, EA Forms, etc.).
- Handle staff leave applications, attendance monitoring, and employee relations/disciplinary matters.
- Ensure operations comply with company regulations and Malaysian Labour Laws.
- Maintain and update ISO 9001:2015 documentation.
- Manage foreign worker administrative affairs (PLKS renewals, FOMEMA, etc.).
- Maintain proper filing, manage office supplies/stationery inventory, and oversee in-house cleanliness.
- Record and track company properties distributed to staff (SIM cards, phones, etc.).
- Monitor facility maintenance agreements, access systems, and lift renewals (Certificate of Fitness).
- Prepare machine specifications required for tender submissions.
REQUIREMENTS:
Academic Background:
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies, or equivalent field.
Relevant Skills:
- Good understanding of basic HR processes, local labor laws (Employment Act), and statutory practices (EPF, SOCSO, PCB)..
- Good communication skills to coordinate staff orientation and handle daily employee inquiries.
Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Human Resources or administrative support within an HR team. Fresh graduates with strong internships are welcome.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: RM2,400.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
