JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock movements in the system.
• Receive incoming goods together with the Warehouse team, verify quantities and product conditions.
• Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments with warehouse personnel and transport providers.
• Ensure proper filing and documentation of warehouse records.
• Assist with stock counts, inventory reconciliation, and periodic audits.
• Update reports using Microsoft Excel or ERPNext systems.
• Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal departments to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse reports.
• Perform other administrative duties assigned by Management.

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum SPM, Certificate, or Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.

At least 1 year of experience in warehouse administration or logistics is preferred.

Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Basic knowledge and ability to utilize AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT or similar AI applications)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
