- Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective corporate clients.
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable healthcare solutions to ensure high levels of client satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
- Lead Generation & Business Development
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, calls, and emails.
- Follow up on leads and convert prospects into clients.
- Sales Target Achievement
- Meet assigned sales targets and contribute to overall departmental goals.
- Promote company services and expand existing client accounts.
- Proposal Preparation & Presentation
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and presentations for corporate clients.
- Communicate service benefits and address client inquiries effectively.
- Sales & Marketing Support
- Assist in organizing corporate events, health talks, roadshows, and promotional campaigns.
- Support marketing initiatives to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
- Reporting & Administrative Support
- Maintain accurate sales records, client databases, and activity reports.
- Provide regular updates on sales activities, client feedback, and market information.
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience in corporate sales or business development, preferably in the healthcare or related industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent presentation and proposal writing skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Excel.
- Bachelor degree in health related field, Strategic Management, Marketing Management, Business, or any field with proven work experience.
