We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Storekeeper Associate to support our daily warehouse and inventory operations at Arrow Components Sdn Bhd. In this role, you will be a key member of our supply chain team, ensuring the accurate handling, storage, and movement of electronic components to support smooth operational flow and meet our high standards of quality and efficiency .

Key Responsibilities

• Receiving & Putaway: Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods against delivery orders. Sort, label, and store items in designated locations to maintain organization and ensure accurate inventory placement .
• Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records by updating stock movements in the system (ERP/WMS). Conduct regular stock counts and assist in cycle counts and audits to ensure data integrity .
• Picking & Issuing: Process material issuance requests and internal requisitions. Pick, pack, and prepare components for internal production or dispatch to customers .
• General Warehouse Operations: Perform general warehouse tasks including loading and unloading cargo, transporting and staging products, and executing putaway and packing activities .
• Organization & Safety: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store/warehouse area in line with 5S standards. Comply with all company safety regulations and policies. Ensure proper ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) handling and safe storage of sensitive electronic components .
• Reporting & Compliance: Report any inventory discrepancies, damaged goods, or shortages to supervisors promptly. Prepare and file necessary documents like Goods Received Notes (GRN) and delivery orders .

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Minimum SPM, Certificate, or Diploma qualification .
• Experience: 1–3 years of relevant experience in a storekeeping, warehouse, or inventory role, preferably within the electronics manufacturing or distribution industry. Fresh graduates with a strong willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply .
• Skills:
• Basic computer skills with the ability to use inventory systems, ERP software, and Microsoft Excel .
• Strong attention to detail and good numerical ability .
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia .
• Physical Requirements: Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs (approx. 23 kg), and comfortable with standing and walking for extended periods .
• Attributes: Responsible, organized, detail-oriented, and a team player with a positive attitude. Willing to work overtime when required .
