Full Time Wireless Network Engineer - Professional Services Jobs, in Altai Technologies Ltd - Ricebowl

Duties:

• Provide technical support for our network equipment;
• Meet with clients to understand their needs and present our company's products and services;
• Develop proposals for Wi-Fi network designs based on clients' requirements;
• Provide post-sales technical support to clients on various technical issues;
• Collaborate with internal teams to conduct thorough testing of new products and features, ensuring they meet the necessary standards and requirements
• Provide technical training to clients on our products and services;
• Generate technical documents for clients.

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or Bachelor’s degree or above in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Physics, or a related field;

• Strong understanding of wireless network technologies, including 802.11a/b/g/n/ac/ax/be, RF propagation, network protocols, and security protocols;

• Experience with network design tools, such as Ekahau, iBwave, or AirMagnet;

• Hands-on experience in switches, routers, and other network equipment;

• Strong verbal and written communication, and presentation skills;

• Project management experience will be a plus;

• Ability and eagerness to learn new concepts and technologies;

• Global travel is required;

• Outdoor work is required, with the ability to move and setup network equipment; and

• Fresh/recent graduates for entry-level positions are welcome to apply.
