CK Life Sciences Limited Hiring! Full Time Operation - Supply Chain Manager (5-day workweek) in Hong Kong - Ricebowl

An Operation & Supply Chain Manager is now required as a result of business growth:

Responsibilities:

• 
  Manage small scaled co-packing line and local warehouse of oral supplements.

• Establish standards and processes to ensure smooth, efficient operations and HSE standards and regulatory requirements.

• Manage demand and supply planning. Develop and lead Supply Chain management and process improvements to meet current and future plan.

• Achieve optimal inventory management to meet sales demand, reduce out of stock, back orders, reduce write-off and exceeds.

• Develop performance metrics to monitor performance of order fulfilment, logistic costs, forecast accuracy, order lead-time & warehouse space utilization.

• Support new product launch or any ad hoc supply chain related projects - ensure operations readiness to meet timelines for new launches.

• Partner with overseas manufacturing sites and local sales & marketing functions to deliver business goals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or Logistics.

• A minimum of 6 years experience in Co-packing operation (food graded is preferred) and supply chain with at least 4 years in managerial roles.

• Familiar with HSE regulatory requirements.

• Experience with ERP and software including SAP modules, APO, MS, etc.

• Fluent in written and spoken Cantonese and English.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Strong people management and communication skills.

• Committed and proactive personality.
