About the role

Blue Silo is growing its delivery team for the digital projects, a technology engagement with a government client, and needs a coordinator who can turn a complex, multi-stakeholder rollout into a clear, on-track plan. This is a junior role, we're looking for someone early in their career who is organized, technically literate, and comfortable operating in a public-sector delivery environment. 

What success looks like

Twelve months in, you'll be the person holding the digital project plan together, timelines, dependencies, and resourcing are current and trusted, slippage gets caught early, and both the technical team and the government client's project office see you as a reliable point of contact. 

What you'll do

• Build and maintain the TRMS project plan, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and resourcing and keep it current as scope shifts.
• Track deliverables against the plan, flag slippage early, and coordinate corrective action with the technical team.
• Act as the day-to-day liaison between Blue Silo's technical team and the government client's project office. Prepare and maintain project documentation, status reports, meeting minutes, risk and issue logs to the standard expected in government engagements.
• Support delivery by translating requirements between engineers and non-technical stakeholders. Coordinate access, security, and site logistics for work carried out in restricted government facilities. 

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in IT, computer engineering, or a related technical field.
• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, systems delivery, or a technical support role, strong fresh graduates with relevant project exposure will also be considered.
• Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident required, as this role needs security clearance to access restricted government sites.
• Comfortable planning and tracking work with tools like MS Project or Excel, and turning a plan into clear day-to-day execution.
• Strong written communication for documentation and stakeholder updates.

Preferred

• Prior experience working with or alongside a government agency, statutory board, or systems integrator Existing security clearance or vetting history (for example, from a National Service vocation or a prior cleared role).
• Familiarity with IT systems integration, software delivery, or infrastructure projects.
