- Executing a variety of labor-intensive tasks on construction sites.
- Operating tools and machinery according to safety protocols.
- Assisting in the preparation and cleanup of work areas.

- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School degree required. Further certifications in construction are a plus.
- Experience Level: Must have 3-5 years of experience in construction work, with a proven track record of competency.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in using construction tools and equipment. Knowledge of safety standards and ability to read blueprints.
- Working Conditions: Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, including various weather conditions, and overtime as needed.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong work ethic, excellent teamwork, and communication skills. Detail-oriented with problem-solving abilities.
