Role Description

Pand Design Group is seeking a Quantity Surveyor for a full-time hybrid role, based in Bukit Merah. The Quantity Surveyor will handle tasks such as preparing and reviewing Bill of Quantities (BOQ), cost control, cost planning, and cost reporting. They will ensure costs are effectively managed throughout project lifecycles, liaise with stakeholders, and provide financial updates to inform decision-making.

Qualifications

• Experience in Cost Control and Cost Management to ensure efficiency and budget adherence
• Proficiency in preparing and reviewing BOQs and managing Cost Planning processes
• Ability to develop detailed Cost Reporting to communicate financial updates and insights
• Strong analytical and numerical skills, with attention to detail
• Relevant experience in interior or construction projects is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field
