As a Regional Benefits Partner within Traveloka’s Human Resources team’s Rewards function, you will oversee all benefits processes and teams to deliver competitive, compliant programs that align with the company’s mission of nurturing top talent. Your work will be critical to reinforcing the team’s inclusive culture by ensuring clear employee engagement with reward initiatives and driving strategic total rewards designs that support long-term organizational success.

About The Role

  • Support the design and administration of regional employee benefits programs, ensuring offerings remain competitive and aligned with business needs across markets.
  • Maintain and update benefits guidelines and policies, keeping them current with evolving business requirements and local labor law compliance.
  • Coordinate the annual benefits renewal and review cycle, working with vendors and providers to ensure smooth delivery and accurate policy application.
  • Gather and analyze external market benchmarking data on benefits alongside internal reports to support cost forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
  • Partner with HR Business Partners to provide day-to-day benefits guidance and support employee queries during reorganizations, new hires, and internal transfers.
  • Identify opportunities to improve benefits processes and support audit compliance, while providing ad-hoc support for regional total rewards initiatives as needed.

Who You Are And What You'll Bring

  • You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, and bring a mature mastery of benefits management gained through substantial experience within a reward consultancy, tech firm, or multinational organization.
  • You possess a comprehensive understanding of rewards best practices, industry trends, and relevant labor laws
  • You have developed advanced analytical skills and a high data proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets, giving you the ability to interpret complex data sets and manage compensation metrics with strict accuracy and attention to detail.
  • You bring practical expertise in market surveys and benchmarking analysis, allowing you to accurately evaluate internal structures against external economic landscapes.
  • You possess sharp self-awareness paired with highly effective communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build deep trust and clearly articulate complex reward frameworks to diverse stakeholders.
