Marketing Executive (Outdoor Brand – Coleman/Montbell)

Join one of our subsidiary businesses under the distribution division of Pet World Group, the exclusive distributor of Coleman in Malaysia—a globally recognized American brand specializing in outdoor recreation and camping gear. We also represent Montbell, a leading Japanese outdoor apparel and equipment brand.

Key responsibilities & duties

• Manage and strengthen brand presence across digital platforms
• Develop and execute social media and brand marketing strategies based on research and data analysis
• Manage multiple social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, website, etc.)
• Plan and execute online marketing campaigns and promotional activities
• Create engaging content for websites, products, and promotional campaigns
• Monitor and maintain active brand engagement online
• Manage Facebook Ads and Google Ads campaigns
• Identify new opportunities for digital marketing growth
• Plan and implement website updates and functional improvements
• Analyze campaign performance, customer feedback, and prepare marketing reports

Academic or trade qualifications

• Candidate must at least possess a Diploma or Degree in Advertising/ Media/ Mass Communication/ Marketing/ Business Studies or equivalent

Work experience and skills

• Minimum 1–2 years of marketing experience
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
• Creative, customer-oriented, and a strong team player
• Basic design skills and digital marketing , branding knowledge preferred
• Languages required: Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
