Job Description

Responsibilities

We are hiring an experienced professional to join a central executive office within a global organisation, supporting senior leadership on high-profile external engagements and strategic initiatives.


This is a high-visibility role combining executive briefing, strategic content development, and cross-functional programme coordination. You will play a key role in preparing senior leaders for critical interactions across a global stakeholder landscape, helping ensure consistent, high-impact engagement at the highest levels.


Working at pace and with senior stakeholders, this role offers strong exposure, influence, and the opportunity to operate at the heart of executive decision-making.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop executive-ready briefing materials, presentations, and strategic messaging.
  • Support preparation for senior leadership engagements including global events, industry forums, and key external meetings.
  • Coordinate cross-functional inputs to deliver accurate, concise, and aligned materials under tight timelines.
  • Track priorities, deliverables, and stakeholder engagement activity within the executive office.
  • Support programme delivery across strategic initiatives and leadership priorities.
  • Partner closely with senior stakeholders across strategy, communications, public affairs, product, legal, and regional teams.
  • Manage complex scheduling and engagement planning across multiple time zones.
  • Monitor key market developments and emerging themes relevant to leadership activity.
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.


Candidate Profile

  • 7+ years’ experience in corporate communications, PR, journalism, or a related field.
  • Strong experience supporting senior stakeholders in fast-paced, high-performance environments.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under pressure.
  • Strong stakeholder management and organisational skills.
  • Experience within financial services, technology, or a global corporate environment is advantageous.
