Contexte et environnement

  • Must act in accordance with local legislation, compliance, company ethics and values, as well as strong HSE standards.
  • Commercial and Industrial solar clients in Singapore


Activités

The Operation and Maintenance Manager Role would require he/she to:

  • Plan and schedule O&M activities across TTE solar sites in Singapore
  • Ensure strict adherence to HSE standards.
  • Maintain O&M documentation.
  • Provide operational information of solar or ESS to support technical team.
  • Track Plant KPI – and create measures to mitigate any short fall.
  • Track O&M contractor performance and ensure performance KPIs are met.
  • Update O&M reports and submit the same to Regional Office.
  • Other tasks as assigned by reporting line manager
  • Send period reports as requested.
  • Travel as required to project and related locations


Profil du candidat

  • Bachelor’s in electrical engineering or related fields.
  • Minimum 4 years of work experience in O&M activity or minimum 2 year in solar.
  • Experience in operation of battery storage system is plus but not mandatory.
  • Ability to travel to various sites in Singapore on regular basis and as assigned.
  • Good in English both written, listening and speaking.
  • Native language fluency in listening and speaking.
  • Own driving license.
