Job title: Business Development Manager

Location: Malaysia (Hybrid)

Fintop Consulting has partnered with a leading global Forex/CFD firm to hire an experienced Business Development Manager in Malaysia to drive growth across the Greater China market.

We're looking for a results-driven professional with a strong network, a hunter mindset, and proven experience building strategic partnerships within the financial markets industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and grow strategic partnerships across Greater China.
• Identify, onboard, and manage new business partners.
• Build long-term relationships and expand market presence.
• Generate new business opportunities and achieve growth targets.
• Represent the business through partner meetings and business travel.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of leads and deliver against KPIs.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of business development experience in financial markets, brokerage, fintech, or online trading.
• Existing network or transferable book of business in Greater China.
• Strong understanding of brokerage and financial markets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written).
