Daqo Electric APAC Hiring! Full Time Solutions Manager – Singapore (Power Distribution - Energy Solutions) in - Ricebowl

Position Overview：

The Solutions Manager will lead technical solution development for medium- and low-voltage power distribution projects across the APAC region.

The role will work closely with Country Managers, Sales Managers, EPC customers, utilities, consultants, and HQ engineering teams to deliver competitive technical solutions for Data Centers, Renewable Energy, Industrial Plants, Utilities, Infrastructure, Oil & Gas and Mining projects.

The position serves as the technical bridge between customers and DAQO's engineering and manufacturing teams, supporting RFQs, tenders, project development, and solution optimization.

Key Responsibilities：

1、Technical Solution Development

（1）Design integrated MV/LV power distribution solutions.（2）Support project technical clarification and customer presentations.

(3) Prepare technical proposals, compliance matrices, BOMs, and equipment selection.

(4) Coordinate with HQ engineering teams for customized solutions.

2、Tender & RFQ Support

（1）Review customer technical specifications.

（2）Prepare tender documents and technical responses.

（3）Support EPC and utility bidding projects.

（4）Coordinate quotation activities with commercial teams.

3、Customer Technical Support

（1）Conduct technical presentations and workshops.

（2）Participate in technical meetings with utilities, consultants, EPC contractors and end users.

（3）Resolve technical questions during project development.

4、Market Support

（1）Support Country Managers across Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia, Bangladesh and other APAC markets.

（2）Collect market feedback regarding products and competitors.

（3）Assist product localization and certification activities.

5、Cross-functional Coordination

（1）Work with Sales, Engineering, Factory, Logistics and Project teams.

（2）Support project handover and technical execution.

Requirements：

1、Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Power Systems.

2、5+ experience in power distribution or electrical equipment industries.

3、Familiar with: MV Switchgear、LV Switchgear、RMU、Transformers

Busway Systems、Compact Substations、Prefabricated Substations、BESS integration、PV power distribution

4、Strong knowledge of IEC standards and international specifications.

5、Experience in utility, EPC, industrial, renewable energy or data center projects.

6、Excellent English communication skills.

7、Willing to travel across APAC.
