Position Overview:

Our client is looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Executive to support business growth through marketing initiatives, client engagement, and event coordination. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, executing marketing campaigns, and contributing to business development within the education and professional training industry.

Salary range: RM3,000 - RM4,000

Job Description :

• Execute marketing campaigns and lead generation initiatives to support business growth and brand awareness.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities to engage prospective corporate customers.
• Follow up on enquiries and assist in preparing quotations, proposals, presentations, and marketing materials.
• Coordinate training programmes, seminars, webinars, exhibitions, and other promotional events.
• Manage social media platforms, digital marketing activities, and online promotional campaigns to increase audience engagement.
• Conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and identify potential business opportunities.
• Support customer relationship management (CRM) activities and provide excellent account servicing.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives and client projects.
• Prepare regular reports on marketing activities, campaign performance, and business development progress.

Requirements :

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience in the Training, Education, Professional Services, or related industry will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Good organizational, planning, and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with digital marketing platforms, social media management, and CRM systems is an added advantage.
