Job purpose:

Responsible for end-to-end IT operations (BAU) and delivery execution across international entities, ensuring stable, compliant, and cost-effective IT services while supporting key business and regulatory initiatives.

Job description:

IT Operations (Primary Focus)

• Own service availability, SLA/KPI performance, and system stability
• Oversee incident, problem, and change management
• Drive service governance and monthly reporting
• Ensure audit, risk, and regulatory compliance
• Manage infrastructure health, DR readiness, and business continuity
• Oversee vendor performance and SLA compliance

IT Delivery

• Deliver regulatory, upgrade, and transformation initiatives
• Manage scope, timeline, cost, and risks
• Ensure smooth handover from project to BAU operations

Vendor & Financial Management

• Manage vendors, contracts, and renewals
• Monitor and optimize IT budget and cost performance

Stakeholder Management

• Act as bridge between Group IT and country OUs
• Drive alignment across business, IT, and vendors

Key Requirements

• 10+ years IT experience (banking preferred)
• Proven operations (BAU) ownership – SLA, incidents, uptime
• Experience in audit/compliance and vendor management
• Exposure to core banking / critical systems
• Strong multi-country stakeholder management
