Responsibilities
Precision Mold Maker (Night Shift)
Tuas | Up to $4,300/month | Permanent Role
We are looking for an experienced Precision Mold Maker to join a well-established precision manufacturing company. If you have strong toolroom experience and enjoy precision assembly, fitting, and mold development, we'd love to hear from you.
Salary
$2,900 – $4,300 per month (depending on experience)
Location
Tuas
Working Hours
Night Shift
Monday to Saturday
10:45 PM – 6:45 AM
Job Responsibilities
Assemble and fit precision molds to required specifications
Perform mold fitting, troubleshooting, repair, and adjustments
Carry out basic toolroom machining operations
Support mold development, modification, and continuous improvement projects
Implement process improvements to enhance tooling quality and efficiency
Work closely with Machining Technicians on process planning and project scheduling
Ensure molds meet quality and dimensional requirements before production
Requirements
Minimum 8 years of experience in precision mold making or toolroom operations
Strong experience in mold assembly, fitting, and maintenance
Familiar with toolroom machines such as milling, grinding, and drilling machines
Able to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications
Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Able to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Comfortable working permanent night shift
