We are looking for passionate Learning Facilitators to deliver engaging, practical training that helps working professionals develop in-demand skills and achieve real workplace impact. If you enjoy teaching, facilitating discussions, and making learning interactive and meaningful, we'd love to hear from you.

• Facilitate engaging instructor-led training sessions in classroom and virtual environments.
• Deliver courses covering carbon accounting, greenhouse gas (GHG) measurement, sustainability reporting, ESG data, and carbon analytics.
• Lead hands-on workshops using real-world datasets, emissions calculations, and business case studies.

• Guide learners through practical exercises, assignments, and capstone projects.
• Explain carbon accounting principles, GHG measurement methodologies, and sustainability reporting frameworks in a practical, business-focused way.
• Assess learner progress and provide constructive feedback.

• Deliver training aligned with SSG/WSQ standards and adult learning best practices.
• Collaborate with curriculum developers to improve course content.
• Keep training materials current with evolving sustainability standards and industry practices.

We are looking for experienced sustainability professionals who combine industry expertise with a passion for teaching. Successful candidates typically have:

• ACTA or ACLP certification (or equivalent adult education qualification).
• Industry experience in carbon accounting, greenhouse gas (GHG) measurement, sustainability reporting, ESG, environmental management, or a related field.
• Working knowledge of carbon accounting methodologies and recognised frameworks such as the GHG Protocol, ISO 14064, GRI, or ISSB.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and at least one analytics tool such as Power BI, Python, SQL, or similar.
• Experience preparing GHG inventories, carbon footprint assessments, or sustainability reports.
• Experience delivering corporate training, SkillsFuture-funded or WSQ-accredited programmes, or teaching adult learners is an advantage.
• Experience in curriculum development or instructional design is a plus.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to simplify technical sustainability concepts into practical, business-focused learning experiences
