Our Client is a renowned Italian luxury fashion house, celebrated for its exceptional craftsmanship, timeless elegance, and innovation in leather goods, footwear, handbags, ready-to-wear, and accessories. They are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Retail Director to lead and elevate Ferragamo's retail business in Southeast Asia.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the retail strategy to achieve sales and business profitability
• Drive commercial performance across all boutiques through effective KPI management and business planning.
• Partner with Merchandising and Buying teams to optimize product assortment and inventory performance.
• Ensure operational excellence and consistent execution of the brand's global retail standards.
• Champion an exceptional luxury client journey across all boutiques.
• Foster a strong clienteling culture by leveraging CRM tools and developing long-term relationships with high-value clients.
• Lead, coach and develop Boutique Managers and teams to build a high-performance culture
• Partner closely with Marketing, Visual Merchandising, HR, Finance, Merchandising, and Regional teams to execute commercial initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 15 years of retail management experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within the luxury or premium retail industry.
• Proven track record of delivering strong commercial results and leading multi-store operations.
• Strong understanding of luxury retail operations, clienteling, and customer experience.
• Demonstrated experience in leading, coaching, and developing high-performing teams.
• Excellent analytical, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with retail reporting and CRM systems is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel within Southeast as required.
