- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Customize and integrate CRM with mobile and external systems for seamless operation.
- Work with UI/UX designers to develop user-friendly interfaces based on business requirements.
- Tailor CRM systems and mobile apps to meet operational needs.
- Conduct System Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing to ensure system quality.
- Manage data migration to ensure accurate transfer into the CRM system.
- Oversee deployment processes and ensure readiness for launch.
- Provide post-launch support, troubleshooting issues and implementing continuous improvements.
- Create comprehensive user manuals and training materials for CRM platforms and mobile applications.
- Deliver training sessions to ensure stakeholder proficiency in using the systems.
- Act as the main liaison between external vendors and internal teams for smooth project delivery.
