Role Description
Responsible for the ASPAC region of collection of all due invoices, in line with agreed payment terms. This role requires liaison with clients, key account managers, and the payroll and billing department to ensure prompt collection.

Role Description
Responsible for the ASPAC region of collection of all due invoices, in line with agreed payment terms. This role requires liaison with clients, key account managers, and the payroll and billing department to ensure prompt collection.
Principle Accountabilities:
- Diligent and timely follow-up for statements and payments
- Chasing for remittances so payments are allocated correctly.
- Flag any issues/disputes that arises to the respective team member.
- Establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships within internal and external stakeholders.
- Running and reviewing the debtor’s ledger to identify on the delinquent customers.
- Drive to the meet the KPIs goals and ensure all credit and collection policies are adhered.
- Those currently pursuing Diploma or Degree in Finance/Accounting is welcomed to apply.
- Good oral and written communication
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (e.g., Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Fast Learner-Ability to learn and grasp knowledge relating to the job functions.
