International College of Queensland Australia (ICQA) – a CRICOS-registered, Australian Registered Training Organisation (RTO 46584) established in 1994 – is expanding its Executive Development Centre in KL Eco City and we are looking for a dynamic Student Recruitment Officer to join our team.

Your Mission:

Drive enrolments for our flagship BSB80320 Graduate Diploma of Strategic Leadership – an AQF Level 8 (postgraduate), nationally recognised qualification that is 100% HRDC-approved for Malaysian organisations.

Your primary focus will be on engaging and recruiting middle and senior leaders from HRDC levy-contributing companies across Malaysia, helping organisations maximise their HRDC levy investment in leadership development.

What You'll Do:

Build strategic relationships with HR Directors and L&D leaders across Malaysian corporates

Educate organisations on HRDC levy funding eligibility for the BSB80320

Drive corporate enrolments and build a strong pipeline of executive participants

Represent ICQA at corporate events, leadership forums, and HR conferences

Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly enrolment targets

What We're Looking For:

2+ years in corporate B2B sales, education recruitment, or HR/L&D advisory

Strong understanding of the Malaysian corporate landscape and HRDC funding

Excellent communication skills in English (Bahasa Malaysia is an advantage)

A consultative, target-driven mindset with high personal presentation standards

Passion for professional development and leadership capability building
