Work schedule: rotating 5-day work week with at least one weekend day; day shifts 8:30am–6:15pm; no night clinics; closed on public holidays.

What you’ll do

• Welcome patients and manage a smooth check-in and check-out
• Coordinate the appointment schedule and follow-ups
• Answer calls and messages professionally
• Process payments and dental claims accurately

What we’re looking for

• Local diploma/degree or equivalent in any field; a service or admin background is a plus
• Clear communicator, organised and accurate with details
• Quick to pick up new systems
• Rotating roster with one weekend day
