Job Description
Strong knowledge of high-rise/ Double-Deck elevator control systems for OTIS E2 Controller
View / setup car status, Analyze operation modes and system logs.
Troubleshoot and support the systems and subsystems
Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and support elevator and escalator electronic control systems.
Diagnose issues related to controllers, drives, door systems, and motion control.
Provide expert technical support for complex site issues, system commissioning, and performance optimization.
Analyze and troubleshoot electronic PCB, signal processing, and circuit-level issues.
Lead technical analysis and problem resolution for high-rise, double-deck, and complex installations.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (or above) in Mechanical, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or a related discipline.
Candidates should have over 10+ years of experience in elevator & escalator systems or industrial automation.
Strong hands-on expertise in troubleshooting controllers, drives, door systems, motion control, and PCB/circuit-level issues is essential.
Experience in commissioning, performance optimization, and handling complex systems such as high-rise or double-deck installations is highly preferred.
Knowledgeable in Control Systems & Electronics:
Building Management System (BMS) Interfacing Protocol & System, including Modbus and SCADA.
Configure and troubleshoot industrial communication protocols include RS232, RS422, RS485 and Ethernet.
Support internet networking and IP-based systems used in elevator and building integration.
Apply and support Programmable Logic Controller (PLC)
