About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Account Manager to join our dynamic sales team at Roctec Technology Ltd. This is a full-time position based in North Point, Eastern District. As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing key customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth for our cutting-edge technology solutions.

What you'll be doing

• Proactively manage and develop long-term partnerships with existing clients
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities by networking and prospecting for potential customers
• Understand client needs and requirements, and provide tailored solutions to meet their objectives
• Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring high customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer service
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
• Contribute to the development of sales strategies and forecasting

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3 years of experience in account management or sales, preferably in the technology industry. Candidate with less experiences will be considered as Account Manager.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships
• Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
• Proficient in using CRM systems and sales automation tools
• Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or a related field
