Executive & Strategic Support
- Provide direct, confidential support, including schedule and priority management.
- Draft, review, and coordinate executive correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Organise and prioritise information to support effective decision-making.
Business & Operations Coordination
- Coordinate and track business initiatives, projects, and follow-ups across teams and subsidiaries.
- Ensure timely execution of action items arising from meetings and management directives.
- Prepare structured updates and summaries for management review.
Meetings & Stakeholder Management
- Arrange meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Liaise with internal teams, partners, and external stakeholders on ongoing matters.
- Support visiting delegations and management engagements when required.
Commercial, Sales & Partner Support
- Assist with pricing, commission, and agreement-related coordination.
- Consolidate sales-related information and periodic reports for management.
Documentation, Compliance & Coordination
- Coordinate preparation and tracking of NDAs, MOUs, agreements, and related documents.
- Support regulatory, certification, and compliance documentation coordination.
- Maintain proper documentation control and confidentiality.
Travel & Overseas Engagement
- Travel overseas when required to support meetings, exhibitions, or partner engagements, and assist with logistics and coordination during overseas activities.
General & Ad-hoc Support
- Perform other exec-level ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
- Proven experience supporting senior management or C-suite executives in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organisational, coordination, and communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, and deadlines independently.
- Good business sense and ability to understand commercial and operational contexts.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with digital collaboration tools.
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and integrity.
- Willingness to travel overseas when required, sometimes on short notice.
- Proficiency in both English and Mandarin is required due to the need to communicate with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and business partners.
Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Johor Bahru: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
