Responsibilities
Collections Officer
The Collections Officer is responsible for executing the Collections operations and strategies for Banking / Coperate portfolios.
Job Responsibilities
- Call and follow-up with customers to secure payment plans
- Review and execute appropriate Collections actions like legal, restructure and settlements to recover debt and minimise credit losses
- Partner with product teams and business units to coordinate Collection's activities
- Achive productivity standard set for the team and individual KPI
- Take on additional projects and tasks assigned by reporting manager

- Good communication, attendance, multi task, disciplin and strong negotiable with customer
- Possess strong written, good computer skill
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
