Job Summary

To assist the team members, Supervisor and to serve Food & Beverage to guests in the assigned place of work, provide a courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service consistent with standards, policies & procedures in order to maximize guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

· Customer Service

Ensures the delivery of brand promise and provides exceptional guest service at all times.

Provides excellent service to internal customers in other departments as appropriate.

Maintains positive guest and colleague interactions with good working relationships. Establishes a rapport with guests maintaining good customer relationships.

Warmly greets every guest within 10 seconds of arrival with a friendly smile, eye contact, and a welcoming attitude reflecting Bottega’s Mediterranean hospitality.

To have excellent knowledge of the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and recommendations in order to confidently assist guests with food and beverage selections.

To maintain professional communication, using polite language and a respectful tone when interacting with guests and colleagues.

To regularly check on guests during their dining experience to ensure satisfaction and respond quickly to any requests.

o To maintain cleanliness and presentation of tables, service stations, and the dining area at all times to reflect Bottega’s quality standards.

To thank guests sincerely upon departure and invite them to return, ensuring their last impression of Bottega is positive

To handle all guest belongings and personal items with care and ensure lost items are reported immediately according to company procedure.

· General

To understand and strictly adhere to the company Rules & Regulations policy, Hygiene, Health and Safety.

To report for duty punctually wearing the appropriate uniform at all times.

To maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all times.

To maintain a good working relationship with staff in the outlet and all other departments.

To attend and contribute to all staff meetings, briefings, training scheduled and other related activities.

To undertake any reasonable tasks and secondary duties as assigned by senior team members and Supervisors.

To respond to any changes in the restaurant function as dedicated by the organization.

To maintain a positive attitude and professional behavior at all times while representing Bottega.

To maintain confidentiality of company information, including operational procedures and guest information.

To report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or operational concerns immediately to the Supervisor or Manager.

· Occasional Duties

To assist in carrying out quarterly, bi-yearly, yearly inventory of operating equipment.

To carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.

To assist in special events, private functions, or promotions organized by the restaurant when required

To support the team in setting up and arranging the dining area for special occasions, events, or seasonal decorations.

To carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities assigned by the Outlet Manager or Supervisor to support the overall operation of the restaurant.

· Requirements

Experience in restaurant or hospitality service preferred.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Positive attitude and customer service orientation.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Teamwork and multitasking abilities.

Pay: RM2,100.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
