• Handle all incoming calls and emails related to room reservations in a courteous and efficient manner.
• Input reservations accurately into the Property Management System (PMS).
• Ensure all reservation details are complete, including guest preferences, payment method, and special requests.
• Confirm bookings and send reservation confirmation to guests.
• Modify, cancel, or update existing reservations as requested by guests or hotel staff.
• Work closely with Sales, Front Office, and Housekeeping to coordinate guest needs.
• Maximize room occupancy and revenue by applying up-selling and cross-selling techniques.
• Maintain knowledge of room types, rates, packages, and hotel promotions.
• Prepare daily and weekly reservation reports for management.
• Ensure guest data is recorded accurately for audit and data privacy compliance.
• Assist with group bookings and coordinate room blocks when necessary.
• Resolve guest concerns or refer them to the appropriate department if needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
