Key Responsibilities

• System Operations & Stability: Manage the daily operations and maintenance of our trading platform backend systems, including MT4/MT5, proprietary systems, payment networks, risk management, and data integration services.
• Infrastructure Monitoring: Proactively monitor servers, databases, network infrastructure, and critical trading-related services to ensure maximum uptime.
• Incident Troubleshooting: Swiftly investigate and resolve critical system issues such as trade execution errors, network latency, disconnections, and system outages.
• Deployment & Release Management: Assist technical teams with smooth system deployments, version upgrades, release management, and security patch implementations.
• Platform Administration: Oversee standard system admin duties, including user account management, access control, log monitoring, and IP whitelisting.
• Risk & Compliance Support: Partner with Risk Management and Compliance teams to provide data audits, system investigations, and detailed forensic reviews.
• Security & Integrity: Enforce data security protocols to maintain system integrity and prevent unauthorized access or data leakage.
• Vendor Coordination: Act as the primary technical point of contact for third-party vendors, including Bridge providers, Liquidity Providers (LPs), payment gateways, and external tech partners.

Job Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of IT Operations experience within Financial Services, Forex/CFD, Crypto, or Trading Platform environments.
• Fresh graduates with a strong technical background and a keen interest in trading systems are highly welcomed to apply!

Technical Expertise: Practical, hands-on experience in at least one of the following areas:

• MT4 / MT5 backend administration
• Forex trading system architecture
• CRM / IB (Introducing Broker) / Client backend portals
• Problem-Solving Skills: Capable of independently troubleshooting trading platform issues, system performance bottlenecks, and network latency/connectivity errors.
• Core Awareness: A strong mindset for data security, risk controls, access management, and operational compliance.
