Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic, tech-savvy, and customer-driven Retail Sales Representative to join our showroom team. In this role, you will be the face of our brand—welcoming customers, understanding their computing and technology needs, and guiding them to the right laptops, desktops, components, and accessories.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement: Greet and assist walk-in customers, providing expert advice on computer specifications, features, and pricing to help them make informed purchases.
• Sales Execution: Achieve individual and outlet monthly sales targets by actively promoting PC hardware, laptops, peripherals, and extended warranty packages.
• Product Demonstration: Showcase the features of various tech products, explaining technical specs (like RAM, storage, processor types, and graphics cards) in simple, easy-to-understand terms.
• Stock & Merchandising: Ensure display units are clean, properly functioning, correctly priced, and attractively arranged according to merchandising guidelines. Monitor stock levels on the floor.
• POS Operation: Handle cash, credit card, and digital payment transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
• After-Sales Service: Assist customers with basic troubleshooting, product returns, or processing warranty claims in line with company policies.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education & Experience: Minimum of SPM / STPM / Diploma. Previous experience in retail sales (especially in IT, consumer electronics, or mobile devices) is highly preferred.
• Tech Knowledge: A strong interest in or knowledge of computer hardware, software, laptops, and gaming setups.
• Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to speak multiple languages (e.g., English, Bahasa Malaysia, or Mandarin) is a strong advantage.
• Attitude: Friendly, energetic, highly motivated, and able to work retail hours (including weekends and public holidays).
