Shang Height Realty Hiring! Full Time QA-QC Executive in Melaka - Ricebowl

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular site inspections independently to check workmanship and compliance with approved drawings, specifications and company standards.
• Monitor completed units before CPC, vacant possession, purchaser inspection or handover.
• Identify defects, incomplete works, poor workmanship and repeated quality issues.
• Prepare and update defect lists, inspection reports, daily reports and rectification progress records.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors and site personnel to ensure defects are rectified within timeline.
• Verify completed rectification works before closing defect items and escalate long-pending issues.
• Coordinate with Project Team, contractors, consultants and internal departments on QA/QC matters.
• Support unit handover readiness, purchaser inspection and defect liability follow-up.
• Liaise professionally with purchasers or purchaser-facing teams on defect status and repair progress.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Building, Construction Management, Architecture, Quantity Surveying or related field.
• Minimum 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in property development, construction site inspection, defect management or project coordination.
• Experience in residential or commercial property handover and defect management will be an added advantage.
