Master Suppliers Hiring! Full Time Procurement Officer in Johor, Earn up to MYR 4,500 - Ricebowl

• Source, negotiate, and purchase marine supplies, provisions, technical stores, and equipment according to operational requirements.
• Obtain quotations from suppliers and compare prices, quality, and delivery schedules to ensure cost-effective purchasing.
• Issue Purchase Orders (POs) and follow up on order confirmations and deliveries.
• Coordinate closely with the Operations and Logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of goods to vessels and ports.
• Maintain strong relationships with local and overseas suppliers to secure competitive pricing and reliable service.
• Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock when necessary.
• Resolve supply issues, delivery delays, shortages, or quality discrepancies with suppliers.
• Ensure purchased products comply with customer specifications and marine industry standards.
• Maintain accurate procurement records, supplier database, and purchasing documentation.
• Track market trends and identify alternative suppliers to improve cost efficiency.
• Verify supplier invoices and supporting documents before submission for payment.
• Assist in supplier performance evaluation and contract negotiations.
• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Logistics, Marine Studies, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of procurement or purchasing experience, preferably in the marine, ship chandling, shipping, offshore industry.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
