• Office Location: Johor Jaya
• Project- related to commercial & residential
• Salary package: basic + attendance allowance+ transport + OT (if any OT) + meal subsidiary allowance for OT (if any) + yearly bonus + annual dinner & award

Key Responsibilities

• Leadership & Supervision: Report directly to the Site Supervisor/Project Manager. Assist in supervising, managing, and leading the on-site team handling Electrical, Electronic, and ELV works.
• Project Monitoring: Monitor project schedules and progress closely to ensure all works align with site requirements and timelines.
• Documentation: Maintain meticulous, systematic, and accurate site records and project documentation.
• Safety Enforcement: Cultivate a culture of safety by educating workers and enforcing strict safety regulations to minimize site incidents and injuries.
• Technical Compliance: Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and engineering documents to ensure precise adherence to design, safety, and budget specifications.
• Process Optimization: Continuously streamline site operational procedures to boost overall productivity and team efficiency.
• HR Collaboration: Partner with the HR department regarding worker performance evaluations and necessary disciplinary actions.
• Ad-hoc Duties: Execute additional tasks and duties as directed by management.

Requirements

• Education:
• Minimum: Completion of secondary education (SPM or equivalent).
• Preferred: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: Proven experience as a Site Supervisor, with a strong preference for candidates with a background in E&E, ELV, or electrical wiring.
• Licenses: Possession of a valid D or GDL driving license and a valid CIDB Green Card is highly preferred.
• Technical Knowledge: Thorough understanding of construction safety regulations and hands-on familiarity with construction tools and equipment.
• Can read and understand plan and schematic dwg Shop Dwg, Autocad is an advantage

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
