• Material Preparation: Cleaning, polishing, and preparing metal surfaces for plating.
• Equipment Operation: Setting up, calibrating, and operating plating machines, including those for electroplating and other coating methods.
• Process Monitoring: Adjusting machine settings, monitoring coating thickness, and ensuring proper application of the plating material.
• Quality Control: Inspecting plated items for defects, uneven coverage, or other issues, and documenting findings.
• Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Performing routine maintenance on plating equipment and troubleshooting any issues that arise during the plating process.
• Safety Compliance: Following all safety protocols and guidelines related to handling chemicals, operating machinery, and maintaining a safe work environment.
• Added point: Competency person for waste water management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
