Key Responsibilities

• Scan items, ensure pricing is correct, and collect payments via cash, credit cards, or digital wallets.
• Greet customers as they enter and leave; answer questions about products or store policies.
• Issue receipts, refunds, change, or tickets; maintain a balanced cash drawer at the end of every shift.
• Recommend products or introduce customers to loyalty programs and special promotions.
• Keep the checkout area clean and tidy; restock "impulse buy" shelves near the register.
• Handle customer complaints or returns professionally, escalating to management when necessary.
• Carefully check digital (Grab) orders to ensure accuracy.
• Update the "Available" status of items on the tablet if a product runs out in the store to prevent order cancellations.

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM1,700.00 per month
