NADITEK BINA SDN BHD Hiring! Full Time Maintenance Engineer in Selangor, Earn up to MYR 3,500 - Ricebowl

1. To oversee all maintenance reports and monitor execution works by maintenance team.

2. To update daily maintenance report from system to the maintenance team for planning, execution and attending works.

3. To closely monitor maintenance report to be attended and ensure not burst service level agreement (SLA) dateline.

4. To keep SLA of maintenance report achieve 100% every month

5. To communicate with Regional Engineer for repeating report, rejected report or any issue.

6. To ensure maintenance team punch card and ready to work every morning.

7. To have a checking and discussion with maintenance team on planning of attending the report.

8. To communicate with maintenance Engineer for any planning issue in order to achieve 100% service agreement level (SLA) for all report.

9. To communicate with maintenance team if any issue that need to extend SLA or convert to request job (RJ).

10. To communicate with Retails Engineer for any case that need an extension of service level agreement (with valid justification) or convert to Request job (RJ).

11. To prepare monthly report performance service level agreement (SLA), pending cases, repetitive cases and submit to management

12. To reconcile failed case after received performance report from client – PETRONAS

13. To prepare monthly full-service maintenance (FSM) claim and communicate with client’s Engineer and Manager to obtain approval.

14. To monitor status of work details, final work details and completion of request job

15. To prepare any additional work that required by company.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
