The E-commerce Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Shah Alam. This role is responsible for managing and optimizing online sales channels, including company websites and marketplace platforms, to drive revenue and improve customer experience. Daily tasks include monitoring product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory accuracy, as well as coordinating with internal teams on content, visuals, and campaign execution.

The E-commerce Manager analyzes sales performance and customer behavior, prepares regular reports, and recommends strategies to increase conversion and retention. The role also involves overseeing online marketing initiatives, ensuring timely resolution of customer inquiries related to online orders, and maintaining alignment with brand guidelines and business objectives.

Qualifications

-Strong E-Commerce and Sales skills, with experience managing online marketplaces or brand web stores.

-Solid Marketing skills, including planning and executing digital campaigns to support online sales growth.

-Demonstrated Analytical Skills for interpreting data, tracking KPIs, and making data-driven decisions.

-Effective Communication skills for collaborating with internal teams, external partners, and customers.

-Relevant experience in retail, distribution, or consumer goods environments is an advantage.

-Proficiency with e-commerce platforms, basic web analytics tools, and MS Excel or similar applications.

-Ability to work on-site in Shah Alam, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.

-Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Pay: From RM5,000.00 per month
