KES International Hiring! Full Time Production Supervisor in Johor, Earn up to MYR 5,000 - Ricebowl

We seeking a dedicated and proactive Production Supervisor to support our production operations. If you have experience in the PCBA manufacturing environment and enjoy leading teams to achieve production targets while maintaining quality standards, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing daily production schedules to meet customer requirements.
• Allocate manpower and machine resources efficiently to achieve production targets.
• Monitor production output, yield loss, machine utilization, and overall work efficiency.
• Ensure products meet IPC workmanship and customer quality standards.
• Supervise, coach, train, certify, and monitor production operators.
• Work closely with Production Planning, Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Design teams to resolve production issues.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives including 5S, SPC, and quality control activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, housekeeping standards, and company procedures.
• Prepare weekly and monthly production utilization reports.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Production Manager.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechatronics, Electronics, Electrical, Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.

Experience

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in a PCBA manufacturing environment, handling SMT and Through-Hole production.

Knowledge & Skills

• Good understanding of PCBA assembly processes.
• Familiar with IPC-A-610 workmanship standards.
• Knowledge of 5S, SPC, and QC Tools.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented.
• Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills.
