CUSTOMER SERVICE (LOGISTIC SECTOR) (URGENT HIRING !!)

*KWSP + SOCSO + Overtime + Allowances + Insurance + Leave

*Monday - Friday : 8.30am - 5.00pm

*Saturday : 8.30am - 1.00pm

REQUIREMENT:

1. Must possessed at least SPM Certificate or above.

2. Able to work in team.

JOB SCOPE:

1. Data entry into internal system and custom system.

2. Respond to customer inquiries and requests through various channels (phone, email, chat) in a timely and professional manner.

3. Assist customers with tracking shipments, providing updates on order status, and resolving any issues or concerns

4. Coordinate with internal teams (operations, logistics, and accounting) to ensure the efficient processing and delivery of customer orders.

5. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to customer interactions and shipment details.

6. Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and recommend process improvements.

7. Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of customer service strategies.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
