Job Description:

• Ensuring correct items received as per purchase order & delivery order.
• Correct labelling of the received items based on PO description.
• Arrange the received items correctly based on the location provided.
• Responsible to issuing correct items with quantity to user based on requisition note.
• Ensure stock accuracy between physical and system quantity.
• Assisting stock checks activity: daily, monthly and yearly.
• Reporting to immediate superior on the irregularity during daily job from receiving to issuing items.
• Assisting in maintaining proper stocking level of stock items.
• Following the authority or certification body requirement especially for Store 4 items but not excluding other Store locations.
• Assisting in all housekeeping programs of the department.
• Compliance to all Safety and Security procedures.
• To oversee storage condition and discuss on the improvement.
• To carry out any ad hoc instructions given by superior.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years experience in Store.
• ERP system handling.
• Basic inventory & stock management skills.
• Ability to read labels, batch numbers, COA & expiry date.
• Possession of a valid forklift driver’s license is preferred.
• Able to operate diesel forklift safely and efficiently.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
