We are seeking a creative and strategic Senior Designer cum Social Media Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for a highly skilled professional who excels in design and has a strong grasp of social media trends. You will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing visually compelling designs while managing and growing our brand’s online presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Design & Branding:

Develop creative concepts, graphics, and layouts for branding, marketing materials, websites, and social media.

Ensure consistency of visual identity across all digital and print platforms.

Create engaging multimedia content such as images, videos, and animations.

Shoot and edit videos for social media and marketing campaigns.

Collaborate with internal teams to produce high-quality visuals that align with marketing strategies.

Stay updated on the latest design trends and tools to enhance brand communication.

Social Media Management:

Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to enhance brand awareness and engagement.

Manage and create content calendars for multiple social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.).

Monitor social media trends and implement innovative strategies to grow the audience.

Track and analyze key performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.

Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and maintain a strong community presence.

Collaborate with influencers and partners to expand brand reach.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in graphic design and social media management.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.).

Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and best practices.

Excellent visual storytelling and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Experience with video editing and motion graphics is a plus
