Role Description The Project Manager oversees commercial interior projects from initiation to completion, managing timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with clients, designers, contractors, and suppliers, preparing and tracking project schedules, and ensuring materials and services are delivered on time. The Project Manager will monitor project progress, manage risks and issues, conduct inspections to ensure compliance with specifications, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders. The role also involves optimizing logistics, resolving operational challenges, and supporting continuous improvement in project delivery processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in corporate office interior design & build project management
• Strong M&E knowledge is required; PMP certification is an advantage
• Recognized qualification in Interior Design, Architecture, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or equivalent
• Ability to interpret architectural drawings and understand building regulations
• Experience managing multiple projects within tight timelines
• Strong leadership, project management, and presentation skills
• Self-motivated with a professional and positive attitude
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
