Job Description

Responsibilities

What The Role Is

You play a pivotal role in coordinating and administering National Service (NS) Alumni engagement initiatives and processes.

What You Will Be Working On

  • Coordinate and execute engagement initiatives for NS Alumni groups in assigned Divisions/Formations as the primary point-of-contact
  • Scale and sustain the engagement model within assigned Divisions/Formations to ensure consistent and effective outreach
  • Manage relationships with NS Alumni and supporting entities (e.g., other departmental branches) to implement proposals and resolve queries and issues
  • Structure and sustain a feedback loop to track the effectiveness and publicity of initiatives, and identify areas for improvement
  • Support sub-units in executing administrative processes related to NS Alumni engagement, including finance and logistics matters

    Challenge(s)
  • Staying attuned and sensitive to the evolving trends and needs of NS Alumni across their different life stages
  • Working with an age-diverse target audience alongside various internal stakeholders with differing priorities and needs

What We Are Looking For

  • Education in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Communications or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in stakeholder coordination, engagement, or a related function is preferred
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess initiative effectiveness
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently within a small team set-up
