About the role

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Capacity Analyst to join the Cluster Delivery Organization, working closely with capacity managers, analysts, engineers, developers, administrators and product owners in an agile environment.

You will drive the conceptual development and continuous improvement of our bank‑wide capacity management processes, ensure regulatory‑compliant reporting and tooling, and act as a subject matter expert for capacity management across the enterprise. You will combine strong analytical and conceptual skills with a hands‑on, agile and digital mindset.

Your key responsibilities

• Conceptually develop and enhance the capacity management process across the bank
• Identify needs for reports, KPIs, dashboards and tools based on regulatory and customer requirements
• Design reports, KPIs and other deliverables to support management decisions and compliance
• Translate requirements into clear development specifications and coordinate implementation activities
• Coordinate activities related to interfacing processes and systems
• Check and ensure data quality of all capacity analyses and outputs
• Provide consultation and support to internal customers on capacity topics
• Support the Capacity Manager in:
• Further developing and implementing the bank‑wide capacity management strategy
• Preparing and conducting audits
• Implementing remediation and improvement measures based on audit findings
• Ensure adherence to internal and external requirements, especially regulatory, compliance, reporting and audit demands, applying best practices
• Collaborate closely with the software manufacturer to further develop and optimize the capacity management software (e.g. BMC Helix Capacity Optimization) in bank use
• Contribute to an effective, autonomous and self‑organized team setup with proactive communication and knowledge sharing

What you bring

Core skills

• Strong analytical mindset with excellent ability to interpret complex data, metrics and KPIs
• Deep expertise in capacity management across its full lifecycle in large, enterprise environments
• Solid technical background in:
• Application infrastructures, infrastructure and operating systems
• IT operations and service management processes
• Capacity management tools (ideally BMC Helix Capacity Optimization or similar)

Working style

• Able to translate business and regulatory requirements into clear technical specifications
• Comfortable working with developers and engineers, including basic scripting/programming understanding
• Highly results‑oriented, structured, and collaborative, with a strong service and compliance focus
